Shelly Hannah-Behrens has been a California Real Estate Sales Agent for over a decade, and a Real Estate Broker for over 2 years now. Her Real Estate expertise is based on a solid financial foundation of service as Senior Real Estate Banker and Banking Director to a Fortune 500 Real Estate Home Sales Company, delivering over $100 million per year.

Shelly has already received 2 professional recognition awards as recently as 2005 and 2006 for her Top Sales Volume and Service in the Real Estate industry. Most of Shelly’s clientele are based on past clients, and their referrals to her, which are both a testament to her work ethics. She has uniquely combined her knowledge of Finance and Real Estate when consulting thousands of clients, whether as a financial analyst/advisory banker for multi-million dollar investors, providing personalized services to Real Estate professionals, helping the First-Time homebuyer, or providing information to seasoned Homeowners as well.

Shelly received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Business and her Masters of Business Administration specializing in Finance. Always active in sports, she played collegiate tennis for BYU, and is still currently active in the sports of tennis and golf.

Shelly has 2 children, Cole and Piper and is happily married to her husband Bill.
